Se requiere una API para enviar/recibir mensajes via whatsapp, el back de realizara en Laravel, si se hacen colas, estas se pueden almacenar en archivos txt y dar seguimiento posterior, en resumen, se requiere poder leer una lista de mansajes y darles uan respuesta, es una apid electura y una de envio.
