Animation for a educational platform

I would like to request the creation of an animation for a website. Specifically, it involves developing a customizable avatar system for learners during the login process. Our platform's goal is to personalize learning based on each learner's preferences. As part of this, users are asked to select all their interests when creating their profile.

I would like them to:

1. Choose a base character from a few options.


2. Automatically transform their avatar as they select their interests.



For example, if they select "music" as an interest, the avatar would get a pair of headphones. If they also select "soccer," the avatar's T-shirt would turn into a soccer jersey. If they choose "social media," the avatar could appear to take a selfie. This transformation could reflect their top three interests, as learners may select more than three. This avatar is created during the profile setup and then appears on the site afterward.

The website is already built, so this would involve adding this specific feature. Additionally, I would also need a few animations to make the site more engaging, particularly related to our logo, which features a fingerprint. For example, a simple green scanning animation on the fingerprint could activate a tool available on the platform, while a red scan could indicate that the tool is unavailable based on the user’s plan.

The budget is very limited as I am developing the platform on my own, but I can allocate between $100 and $200 depending on the tasks that can be covered.
