Animacion de bruxismo de modelo 3d de dientes

Necesito hacer varias animaciones en 3d de modelos de dientes simulando los movimientos causados por bruxismo.

Some context first: When you have bruxism your teeth grind and clench against each other.
Grinding movement is from side to side ↔️
Clenching movement is up and down ↕️

Your teeth wear down. Some may crack.  Gum recession appears. Abfraction too.

With that in mind, here's the animation we need:

A 3D model of both top and bottom teeth and grind them against each other. Similar to this: https://elements.envato.com/bruxism-condition-K6DRML8

Notice how in the reference the teeth wear down as the bottom teeth touch them. We want our animation to do the same.

As the top teeth wear down:
- make small particles come out of them and fall down. Like in here: https://stock.adobe.com/co/contributor/200898058/alex-mit?load_type=author&prev_url=detail&asset_id=396974243 but in the same color as the teeth
- Abfraction and gum recession appear as the teeth wear down too
