Tengo una pagina web administrable,que funciona en computadoras, celulares y tablets. Que se puede realizar el cobro con visa, mercado pago registro de usuarios, notificaciones por mail en cada operación realizada (reserva,pagos,mensajes), mapas de google, etc.

Necesito el desarrollo de una app en android hibrida o nativa.
