Basicamente tenho uma página web que está em português, e não está otimizada para computador e celular.

Preciso fazer multi language e otimizar para visualização em computador e celular.

Que as páginas carreguem rápido.
A página utiliza o plugin elementor.

Na página web teremos que mudar algumas estruturas, hoje tem três páginas principais, deve ficar uma, porém devemos acrescentar blog, área de notícias, quem somos com linha de tempo, algo assim, meio padrão. Design clean.
