Ajuste em App React Native - Correção de Bug

Possuo um pequeno APP no GIt feito em JS e Reacte Native (Não foi eu que fiz), ele utiliza o Socket.io e funciona normalmente com um IP fixo usando a variavel (string)... Logico que por ser assincrono quando obtem a Config de ip salva dos assets apresenta erro. Quero apenas conseguir obter a informaçao do IP salva em Assets de forma assincrona.. Assync. O valor é pra esse ajuste.
