Ajuda pra configurar servidor Vps

Preciso de alguém com experiencia em configuração de servidores VPS.
Eu tenho um vps com linux ubuntu e preciso fazer o seguinte:

- criar apontamento para múltiplos domínios
- configurar cloudflare + ssl
- criar contas ftps, com privilegiativos diferente para cada usuário e para cada dominio diferente
- instalar easyengine - php/mysql  = ok

em uma segunda etapa quero deixar todo esse processo o mais simples possível, talvez desenvolver alguns scripts python para que as configurações sejam mais simplificadas.
