Estou desenvolvendo um site com o Python Flask e estou tendo alguns problemas na hora de fazer o deploy no Heroku. Gostaria de contratar uma pessoa para algumas horas de consultoria ou coworking. O ideal é que a pessoa entenda sobre Heroku/Flask/Java.

Estou precisando atualizar alguns dados periodicamente e sem utilizar o refresh. Inicialmente estou usando o Ajax para tal, mas ele não está funcionando muito bem no servidor. Caso a pessoa conheça uma outra solução ao Ajax, também podemos considerá-la.
