Ai Cold Calling Bot

Basically I need to make a bot with AI, to which I can give a notice and which acts as a salesperson to make a cold call.

I have a very basic code in Python in which I use 3 APIs, one to translate the voice that comes through my computer into text, another that understands the text and based on a warning generates a response, and another that passes the text to speech to send it in audio format and play it on my computer.

The problem is in the latency between both APIs, since I need the audio to enter and be translated into Spanish text, understand the Spanish text and transform the text into Spanish audio.

In addition to that, the API that I use as a head to understand the text and give a response is GROQ, and although it is very fast, it does not generate good responses.
