Tengo una pagina web en donde necesito se pueda agregar en el menu la opcion "normas emitidas" luego al entrar a esa opcion se despliega una pagina con una lista de varias normativas (documentos) en donde el usuario pueda buscar y descargar las normas emitidas segun lo que requiera.
