We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to lead the Affiliate Marketing program. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs.
You should be able to work autonomously to set a roadmap and goals for performance, as well as be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands-on with a start-up type of mentality.
Responsibilities
New channels and new business relationship with clients, customer support of the affiliates program and follow up from the start of the relationship till the day to day work.
Manages the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
Searching and identifying potential affiliates
recruiting new affiliate partners; negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements;
maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners;
Content management along with brand managers for partners publishing
regularly monitoring campaign performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports
overseeing monthly payments to affiliate partners; and handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or canceling media placements, and other advertising programs.
