Using motion detection function onvif sdk, monitor an object on the street with a pre-defined region, alert by 1. Call 2. Email with photo 3.

Sms and trigger action to on/off a control system when following conditions are met:
1. Someone enters and stays in the pre-defined region more than certain time(let say x seconds) which is configurable.
2. Someone is wearing clothes in certain colour which is configurable. This is optional.

You can use Rasberry Pi or Arduino to develop in linux also without any GUI. In this case, you need to upload pictures before and after pictures to cloud server or any ftp server for verification. For example, if x=4 and someone enter the zone for more than 4 seconds, you need to upload 4 pictures for  different seconds with someone stays inside the zone.

And we also need only 2 pictures for 2 different seconds before someone enters the zone. Total 6 pictures in 6 seconds.
