hi, i’m harvey, the founder of wash web, an eco-friendly mobile car detailing app based in north georgia, usa. I started Wash Web back in 2019 to provide convenient detailing services through our "Uber-like" app while also being kind to our planet. How? One example is we average 5 gallons of water per wash compared to competitors' 80 GALLONS of water per wash!
As we keep growing, I’m looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant who can help me with various tasks - mainly overseeing all of my inboxes and managing my entire calendar/schedule.
What I Need Help With:
I need someone who’s organized and proactive to help manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, handle payments, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also assist with marketing, SEO, inventory management, sometimes social media, and a bunch of other things that keep our team on track. If you’re someone who takes initiative and wants to support me in growing our business, this could be a great fit!
What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for someone who:
- Is great at multitasking and staying organized
- Communicates well in English, both in writing and speaking
- Can work independently and manage their time well
- Has a reliable internet connection and access to a computer
- Has an interest in sustainability and eco-friendly practices
(Experience as an administrative or virtual assistant is a plus but definitely not a must. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow with us.)
Compensation:
Starting pay is $4/hour
There’s plenty of room for growth, with the chance to earn more as you take on more responsibility and show what you can do.
