Construction Firm, is looking for a long-term, experienced Administrative Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter who is able to maintain confidentiality of company information with general understanding of office operations. The right candidate will work well in a team environment and without constant supervision.



Functions will include, but not limited to: answering phones, data entry, filing, A/P, purchase orders, request COIs, certified payroll, maintain subcontractors information, and assist estimators and field team with paperwork.


Skills/Education Needed:

Proficient with Word, Excel, and Adobe
Accounting software experience desired (Sage software preferred)
Data entry skills required with ability to identify numerical errors
Effective multi-tasking with adaptability to new tasks
Strong communication skills (fluent English)
Self-motivated, reliable, dependable

Construction Related Office Experience – 2yr preferred
High School Diploma – required
Must have safe driving record and pass drug screening
