Responsibilities:

Admin / Communications:
• Customer Service - responding to prospects and clients via email/ phone/ online chat in English
• Email Handling - responding to customer requests and manage email accounts
• Client Account Management through Customer Portal
• Secretarial tasks

Customer Success:
• Get reviews and feedback from customers and measure our progress
• Help to bring measurability into company on different levels

Project Management (for experienced professionals):
• Create customised translations offers and send to clients
• Find new translators and add them to our network
• Manage entire workflow of translation project from start to finish incl. communication with client(s) and translator(s)

Selection Criteria:
• Completely fluent in English
• High language proficiency in any European or Asian language is an added advantage
• Eager to learn and grow with us
• Attention to detail and multitasking
• Taking full responsibility and keen eyes to look for improvement and optimisation
• Efficient time management
• Fits to the team
• Fun to work with
• Reliable & joins to stay
