We are looking for a candidate to work over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 8.30am - 6pm:
-To attend customer general inquiries related to the company’s services via inbound calls, emails, Whatsapp and other sources.
-Serves clients by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
-To meet and greet the clients to understand their inquiries and request
-Managing communication directed to the centre via various platforms, including on various social media and on our webpage
-To write articles and blog post
-To create social media marketing content/visual and manage social media posting

The work is flexible at home and log in to our system to work

Requirements
•    Strong talent with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the customer care/client servicing/business banking field.
•    Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
•    Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Writing & Spoken)
•    Pleasant personality and attentiveness to listen to the customer's needs.
•    Able to work well in a team and build diverse collaborative relationships with others
