Se diseñó una ruleta a base de puro código en Android e IOS, el mecanismo en si, es que se dibuja la forma de la ruleta y colores, y al presentar y limpiar, se simula como si estuviera dando vuelta, el tema es que gira rápido y cuando la hacemos detener es de golpe.

Se requiere colocar un botón "Detener" y cuando sea presionado, la ruleta pueda detenerse poco a poco y se detenga justo en el casillero que inicialmente el web service predijo.
