Activar en el instagram la funcion compra

Necesito poder empezar a vender en instagram pero no puedo activar la funcion. Dice de requisitos que los cumplo, tengo web con ssl, tengo dominio propio, no se configurarlo del todo ya he probado pero me rechaza. Gracias.
