We are seeking a motivated and passionate Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a competitive market. This role involves engaging with property sellers, tracking market opportunities, analyzing market trends, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with property sellers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Track and identify new opportunities in the real estate market.
Conduct market analysis to determine property values and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with property sellers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or sales is preferred, but we are open to passionate starters.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A fluent English-speaking.
