Achar erro no Linux Ubuntu que deixa Aws Offline

Tenho uma AWS, com Linux Ubuntu.
Ela roda um MQTT Broker, e um serviço web.
Parece que está tudo certo - mas depois de 1 ou 2 dias, ou 3. Ela para de responder (dá uma alerta no console da AWS) e não consigo entrar mais nela. ÚNico jeito é reiniciando o EC2 mesmo.
Quero saber o que está ocasionando esse crash, ver nos logs e tentar resolver.
Se é o mqtt, se é o www, ou que está matando ela.
