Necesito desde un mismo numero de WhatsApp, Business, que varias operadores puedan atender a la vez. Es para brindar soporte tecnico  (help desk).
El proyecto seria.

Utilizar una plataforma web, donde se pueda:
1.  Registrar los operadores, con su nombre y contraseña. Eso suficiente
2.
Registrar los contactos, con su nombre y numero.
2. Los operadores podran ver todos los mensajes por contacto que van ingresando, seleccionar uno, y comenzar a responder.
3. Registrar el historial de todas las conversaciones, y poder accederlo o exportarlo a planilla.
4. Que permita ademas enviar y recibir mensajes de audio.
Si alguien tiene un proyecto ya desarrollado, mejor, lo necesito lo antes posible.
