2d animator/Motion graphic Lead (Ae, full time, remote)

We're a video agency specializing in creating 2D/3D explainers, brand, and commercial videos. We work remotely and are currently looking for a strong 2D motion designer and animator. We only work with international clients, so a good English level is required as you'll be working with clients from California to Tokyo.
We have good rates and reasonable deadlines. We provide real estimations for projects, get pleasure from work, and make excellent products.

Requirements:
Online portfolio showcasing examples of current up-to-date work
Experience with After Effects animation
Video production experience — minimum two years experience animating and creating motion graphics
Creative thinker with a strong work ethic
Strong sense of design, typography, and animation curves
Understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them
Fluent in current trends in design and animation
English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate
At least 2 years of experience working as a Motion graphic artist
Ability to work in multitasking mode, be attentive to details, and meet deadlines
Experience with 3D animation is a good plus

Responsibilities:
Draft and animate numerous 2D motion graphic videos
Participate in the creation of storyboard for motion graphic videos
Collaborate closely on projects with an art director, illustrator, and screenwriter
Present fresh and creative ideas, while working cohesively as part of the creative team
Remain up to date on design and industry trends, and evolve with best practices
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team
Properly and accurately gauge timelines required for completion of work
