2d Animator for Global Project - Micro-learning videos

We are looking for a long-term cooperation but will start with a one video to test if we are the right match for each other :). Project aim: We aim to build a huge library of e-learning courses. Therefore, we would like to explore possible partnership with a skilled, reliable animator.

As we aim to build 1000 modules over 2 years, we need to talk about pricing overall. We are looking for an animator able to create both animation, voice over (and work according to a script we provide, it is necessary to understand English language and be able to play with words and the animation). We offer 80-90 USD for 1:30 minute animated video with a voice over.

We would like to start a cooperation with a skilled animator, create the first video and if it is a success we are more than happy to collaborate with you on this fascinating long-term project!
