Law firm in US requires a customer-focused virtual assistant who will be handling inbound calls from both new prospects and current clients to whom she will be providing first contact information or referring calls to the appropriate channels.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

+ Live in Mexico City.
+ Excellent communication skills in English.
+ Ability to catch the main ideas in the call and convey the message correctly.
+ Service attitude.
+ Full time availability from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 6:00 p.m.
+To have a space free of ambient noise.
+ Stable Internet connection.
