Realizar un programa de PLC de la marca Allen Bradley con el software Studio 5000, es decir, un diagrama escalera con la metodología de Pasos (Instrucciones MOV)

Contexto general del proyecto

Sequence of Operation Op.25 Harness to Cover Crimping. • Operator get Fuel Pump Harness. • Operator loads Fuel Pump Harness on lower machine nest. • Operator get maaps fls. • Operator loads maaps fls on lower machine nest. • Operator get the Cover flange • Operator loads the Cover flange on upper machine nest. • Operator activates auto cycle. • Machine verifies: o Not interrupted safety light curtains. O Correct tooling installed. Full loaded Fuel Pump harness Correct Color & Correct position & Correct orientation & Correct part. O Full loaded maaps fls harness correct color & correct position & correct orientation & correct part. O Full loaded Cover Flange /Correct position & Correct orientation & Correct part & Witness Mark. • Machine rotate table to next station only if all conditions are passed. • Machine press the cover flange until the wires are correctly inserted and terminals are closed. • Machine verifies: o Displacement parameter for wires insertion (or for terminals and wires tolerances) press. O Verify All Terminals to segregate bend or damaged condition. O If displacement parameter fails, reject routine o If not correct wires inserted, reject routine o If correct machine press the wires into the terminals. • Machine marks and release the part if part is good condition. • If cycle not completely performed reject routine. • If Displacement parameter fails save the part information in the machine and in the server as bad part and reject routine. • If light curtains interrupt, reject routine. • Reject routine o Machine request Reset button. O Machine release the bad part. O Reject Shute will ask for the part loaded. O Reject Shute verifies the bad part presence, ones that the part was confirm that was a bad part a gate will be open to automatically drop the part and save it to prevent that the part can be moved to the next station. O Confirmed part on Shute. • Machine will not cycle next part if previous steps not followed.
