Desde Workana estamos buscando un Media Localization and Data Coordinator para uno de nuestros clientes, dedicado a la traducción y subtitulado de audios con IA.

Es una posición Full time, de contratación directa con el cliente.
Salary: $400 per month y el formato de trabajo es Híbrido.
Las oficinas estan en San Talemo, caba, bsas. Idealmente poder ir una vez por semana a las oficinas.
Nivel de Ingles: interemedio, poder sostener una conversación.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Media Localization and Data Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the flow of data within our media localization and distribution software tools. This position involves handling the upload and synchronization of media and scripts, managing exports, and ensuring seamless coordination between translation and voice recording applications. Additionally, the role involves cleaning and syncing audio files, as well as handling the upload of media content to social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Upload and synchronize media content and scripts within the localization software tools.
- Manage the flow of data between translation and voice recording applications.
Export Handling:
- Receive and organize exports from localization tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Distribute exported files to the relevant stakeholders within the company.
Audio File Coordination:
- Clean and sync audio files received from the voice recording application.
- Collaborate with voice actors and directors to ensure high-quality recordings.
Media Uploads to Social Media:
- Handle the upload of media content to various social media platforms.
- Ensure that media files meet the required specifications and guidelines for each platform.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with translators, voice actors, directors, and other team members to facilitate smooth data workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone has access to the required data and files.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks on uploaded media and exported files to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Media Studies, Communications, Computer Science, etc.) Or equivalent work experience. (Deseable)

Experience:
- Proven experience in data coordination, preferably in a media localization or similar environment.
- Familiarity with media files, video editing, and audio processing.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using media localization and distribution software tools.
- Experience with audio editing software and social media platforms.

Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-Solving Skills:
