Instalación errónea de Oracle

Necesito poner a funcionar Oracle en mi Laptop. Se puede acceder por Team Viewer
Windows 10, 64 bits, Oracle 12c

Instalé Oracle en mi Laptop.
Me marca error.
Ya intenté todo lo que encontré en la web.


SQL Developer dice:
Estado: Fallo:Fallo de la prueba: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ora-12505, tns:listener does not currently know of sid given in connect descriptor

toad dice:
no valid oracle clients found.
You need at least one 32-bit client properly configured.

El archivo tnsnames.ora contiene

agregué la variable oracle sid.

Me pueden ayudar?
