Modificar Bigbluebutton version Html con integracion en Moodle 3.1

General aspects.
The list below show the requirements to BigBlueButton 2.x with HTML5 and its communication with Moodle 3.x
The changes would not be affected by new BBB Html5 versions, and they should be independent of the developer´s knowledge.


aspectos generales
la presente lista representa los cambios requeridos al actual proyecto de bbb con html5 y su comunicación con moodle.
Las modificaciones a realizar, no deben verse afectadas por futuras actualizaciones oficiales del proyecto de Bbb y relacionados, y se debe incluir una solución que no dependa del desarrollador en caso de migración, reinstalación o pérdida de datos.


requerimientos / requirements

    i. VIP (early) access
The Presenter (Professor) and the moderator assigned to the virtual class in moodle should access earlier than the students to the virtual classroom.
The students would not be able to access before the start datetime set into the Moodle’s classroom settings.


I. Ingreso anticipado
El Presenter (Profesor) y Moderator (moderador) asignados desde Moodle, debe poder ingresar antes del inicio de la fecha del curso, el Viewer (alumno) no debe poder acceder antes de dicho horario y cuando no está el profesor presente.


II. Automatic recording.
The recording should start automatically when the Moodle classroom's start date is meet.
Also, the recording should end when the Moodle classroom's end date is meet or when the professor Close the classroom.

II. Grabación (Recording) automática
La grabación debe iniciar automáticamente al llegar a la hora de inicio, y terminar cuando se clickee el botón de fin de clase o cuando se llegue a la hora que finaliza en moodle.


III. Download recording
The recording should be available to download from the Moodle site and as happen today, available to see online.

III. Descargar grabación
La grabación, además de estar disponible para ver online, debe tener una opción de descarga desde moodle.


IV. Do not allow audio & video for students
Students should not have the option to turn on video & audio.
Students should always enter into the classroom with “audio only”.



IV. Deshabilitar audio y webcam
Se debe quitar las opciones que permiten al alumno compartir el audio y webcam. Haciendo también que ingrese directamente con “audio only”.




V. Chat´s notifications
In the current bbb html version  there is an issue with the chat’s notifications. The chat is working fine but there is no “red point”  or “ping sound” to alert the user that he has pendings chats.

V. Notificaciones del Chat
Corregir el error de la notificaciones del chat público para mensajes nuevos,  no funciona la notificación visual ni auditiva.
