Yokogawa Power Meter interfacing with Arduino through RS232

Project objective:
To let Arduino MEGA extract the measured load reactive and active power out from the power meter through serial communication RS232. Arduino MEGA will then transmit the data to Arduino UNO wirelessly through wifi module ESP8266 and Arduino uno will reflect the readings out on the ulcd-43pt-ar touchscreen. The touchscreen should be able to show real time values measured from the power meter and plot results out on a graph to monitor energy consumption pattern from the measured loads.
