Wordpress plugin with Vuejs - svg zooming function

The zooming function should be active onclick, once is active the user should be able to:
- scrool throughout the svg listening to viewbox clientWidth and clientHeight;
- be able to click on buttons that are placed inside the svg;
- then zooming out onclick
