Wordpress Multisite Expert Needed

I've added the WordPress multisite capability to my WordPress account, and it's not working. I'm using the subdomain option for this.

I'm using the DNS from GoDaddy and am hosting through HostGator.

Here's what I've done:

- In HostGator's CPANEL, I've configured the WP-Config.ph and the .htaccess file
- In HostGator, I've added the new subdomain
- In GoDaddy, I've set up the A records and CNAME to point to the new subdomain 

Unfortunately, the multisite function does not work. I can't access the dashboard on the new site I set up in WordPress.

I'm looking to hire an expert for this and any other future issues that arise using WordPress.
