Wordpress Developer/Expert

Looking for a Wordpress Expert who can do the following:
1.    Image Optimization
2.    Minify js and css file
3.
    Using a Caching plugin
4.    Cleanup WordPress database
5.    Deactivate or uninstall plugins
6.
    Reduce external scripts to a minimum .
7.  Google Lighthouse and GTMetrix Recommendations

We have multiple sites, but need someone who can go through Wordpress errors and technical issues and fix them all, as quickly as possible.

1. Examples of websites you've optimized - we will run them through Google Lighthouse, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Pingdom, and GTmetrix.  If the scores are excellent, we'll contact you back.

2.  To know that you are the one that worked on the site, please create a "secret" page where you add "This is my wordpress test" and include the URL in your message so we can verify that you truly do have access.

We have 5-10 websites that need work at the moment, so we need to find an individual or team who can work quickly and get all the technical SEO errors down to 0, as well as the sites loading in less than 3 seconds for Time to Interactive.
If you do not follow steps 1 and 2 above you will not be considered.
