Word press site development

Hello!! My website is www.littlepartee.com, it is far from complete and needs more work but my last person was from overseas and bailed on this project with no trace. Please go through my website as well before you tell me you can do everything and anything. I want someone who is dedicated with this site and complete it in a timely manner, the last designer took too long and have not completed the job till now as you can see from the result of the site.

This is a listing website like Yelp, Airbnb, and we are very similar to www.catchmyparty.com or thknot.com, but we added another page for vendor to sign up and choose a prefered package for their businesses. Please send me your email so i send you all the requirements. The last designer wasted our time and money, we don't want that to happen again.

Here are the requirements :
We've decided that the main page will have these and these are the website we would like to follow in terms of flow, https://www.theknot.com/marketplace, https://www.catchmyparty.com/ . Members are able to choose their city or area (please bare in mind we are in Malaysia, our map is required in the other pages)
