I wish to make a WhatsApp team inbox (about 25 members) for my staff to communicate and record messages, voices, and sending files or pictures via WhatsApp web.
The WhatsApp web communication platform also has auto-send notification messages for deadlines by referring to the dates in my accounting system (via API)
The WhatsApp web communication platform can have self-build autoboot and webhook
The Admin can control who (Staff) is able to see the clients' contact information and can setup  a group chat among the members or clients.
