We need backed
  - Using Django and Django rest framework
  - Postgres / Mongo
  - Django admin as back office
- Web panel for restaurants to see orders, configure menu and bags, update prices
  -  Chatbot in what app for final user, to see restaurants near him, see menu and place an order
