I Need to create a website that will allow users to search for cars

- The website will be for Brazilians - in PORTUGUESE
- It will pull information from another Brazilian websites such as mercadolivre.com.br, webmotors.com and others.
- It will work like a ''priceline.com'' but for search for cars (instead of flights)
- My idea is to build a website that can be a central place to who wants to buy cars.
- I need this website to be done in such a programing language that I can hire people to maintain it and modify it.
- I need the website to have the capability of charging for adds (those google adds) and Also allow people to announce their cars on it with different price tiers.
