Other roles needed A website on a branding a Top luxury realtor in Singapore real estate,
The content and branding of the website purpose is to feature me as a top 1% luxury Singapore realtor in Singapore , my forte in dealing with high net worth clients especially in china markets , a inspiration leader in property . A mentor , sales trainer in high-end property
1. Strong branding to Singapore realtor recruitment ( Why they should join me ),
2. Strong branding to high-end consumer to engage me for their real estate needs, especially to china market
3. Featuring my core value of integrity , trusted , result driven and family oriented
4. A bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese site for Chinese web users from mainland china and English country
*I am still thinking whether I should have toggling for language option for Chinese/English with Chinese as the default OR to have another site separately in english(which is just another clone but content in english).
Requirements:
Build the site on a customize template , etc Page builder visual composer Easier for me to amend the content layout later on / WP themes and admin backend needs to be user-friendly/ Easy updating of content with flexible page templates

- Google AdWords tracking parameters so to better track SEM traffic going to your website. at a campaign level
- Install Google Tag Manager (GTM) in the header & body codes of your website.
- Install Google Analytics codes via GTM as a tag and make sure it fires on all pages.
1. Install "WP Super Cache" for website caching in order to improve page loading speed
2. Some important things to note for the website performance
- Speed up Website using mainstream testing methods such as gtmetrix etc...
- Automatic Backup Setup
- iThemes Security Pro Setup
- Cloudflare CDN
- SSL and HTTPS
3. Get your designers to optimize all website images by saving it for web. usually save it at 75% as the quality will be good enough.
4. optimize website content by adding more information that will help to install trust to entice signup. keep the widget on the bottom right as a call-to-action for people to make an enquiry, I'll suggest adding a one line (on all landing pages) at the bottom of the page to direct them to the widget to submit an enquiry.
5. download speed need to be below 3sec .
6. A section to add tracking codes to the header & body of the website
7. I need a floating wechat plugin with the image being able to be changed easily from the backend
