I need to develop a basic web portal to offer learning resources, events and coaching sessions to retail investors interested in financial resources. The portal should have modules for: login, subscription to membership, payment gateway, dashboards for portal owner and tenant, preview of items  before purchase, generation of promotional coupons, setting price discounts, revenue sharing options between portal owner and tenant, display of schedule and booking options, uploading of videos to form short courses, ratings.
