I need to develop a web intranet with

1) admin upload SOP, Forms, Policy for user(s) to download (document system), for when new SOP or forms is uploaded user will be notified and acknowledge.
2) admin post user job scope for user(s) to view
3) memo or announcement for all user(s)
-on first page of the intranet
4) task tracker. User A can assign task to user B with due dates and comments.


To track how many task assigned and progress of the task (new task, in progress, completed)
-A dashboard on first page to show how many on new, how many in progress and how many completed)
5) organisation chart for department(s)
6) meeting room booking and calendars to show availability of meeting room (and holidays)
7) simple user control for feature (1), who can upload who can delete who can view.
8) user can edit own profile (simple)
9) dashboard can put announcement and vision & mission & value
