Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand their website design requirements and business objectives. Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience and design direction. Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. Incorporate brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design elements throughout the website. Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in web design and user experience. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve website designs. Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues. Provide support and guidance to junior designers, as needed. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of html, css, and javascript. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate design ideas clearly. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal. Familiarity with ux/ui design principles.
