I need someone to create me a system based on this github project (https://github.com/Shubh0405/classmanager-student-teacher-porta). But will be running on html mysql and php.

The project goal was to create a Teacher-Student platform as a virtual class. Where the teacher can add students, assignments, activities, etc. The teacher has the authority to send a notification to every or specific students.
Meanwhile the students can view their personal profile where they can see their grades given by their teachers. Also the existing, lapse or submitted requirements and their respective grades. Basically like whats on the github link.
