This project is to build a Membership and Financial Management System. There currently exists a legacy system which program specifications are being written.

The development of the project is already underway, and the new codebase has been established.

The required deliverables for this project is:
1) Full review of new codebase and improvement suggestions
2) At least 10 programs (within system) fully complete (over 100 programs in total)
3) Implement robust user authentication system (basic system currently in place)
4) Program specifications documentation
