We're looking for experienced Customer Support Representative who can work with us in the long-term. You may work remotely from home, and flexibly switch shift with others if needed.
Job Description:
* Stay online, during your shift and responding promptly to customer inquiries within 5mins
* Communicating with customers through various channels using personal messengers, (Line, Wechat, Viber, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Line, Skype, etc.)
* Resolving customer complaints.
* Have a clear understanding of our products, so that you can answer questions.
* Processing orders and requests.
* Communicating and coordinating with suppliers for the management of daily operations.
Requirements:
* Chinese, English competency.
* Ability to remain calm and soothe customers when they are stressed or upset.
* Certificate of clearance issued by the relevant government agency.
* Drivers license (negotiable)
* Savvy with Computers and Mobile devices
* Good people and communication skills
* A strong passion for travel
