We are seeking a Secretary for the Director of Marketing. If you are an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing and be an integral part of our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Marketing Director's schedule.
Organize meetings, conferences, and events related to the marketing department.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate internal and external communication for the department.
Manage travel and logistical arrangements for the marketing team.
Handle administrative tasks, such as file management and budget tracking.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
Provide support in the coordination of marketing projects.
