Vue js, Rails developer needed for a web version of a Bible app

We have an existing mobile app. We want to have a web version of it. We have some basic code written with rails I guess and we want to either do the web version still on rail or merge the code to an existing vue js small app for the same purpose.
We are using firebase stack so no apis. Most of the bibles we are pulling from an api and others we are reading from xml files. Interested person will need to audit the existing mobile app, see if all features are achievable on rail or vue.
You mus have enough experience with firebase.. Firestore, auth etc. You must be will to complete in a very short period of time. We actually want someone who can do basic set up of the project.
Handle complex tasks and leave simple tasks for me.. I am a developer. I simply don't want to stress myself with the difficulty parts..
