The essence of the task: listen to audio recordings of conversations with the customer's clients, translate into text, sort dialogues;
eavesdropping on calls with voice bots and checking for compliance with quality standards adopted by the company, identifying deviations, sending for correction

Project overview

Work schedule:  Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, 1 hour lunch break.  Preferably, a laptop for work. Requirements: - Responsibility, diligence  - The desire to learn and develop; - Ability to adapt to different tasks/ multitasking; - Competent speech; - A confident PC user  - English C1 and above
