The Virtual Assistant role involves internal and client facing tasks. In this role the virtual assistant will work independently and as part of a team, to be the remote administrative, executive, or project assistant for clients in a variety of industries. This position is responsible for tracking projects and tasks and providing proactive support.

Responsibilities vary from client to client, but may include:

Managing and organizing inboxes in Outlook or Gmail
Managing calendar events, client scheduling, and task scheduling
Maintain CRM systems for business development goals
Organizing and maintaining process documents, client files, etc.
Managing project or task management boards to stay on top of tasks, deadlines, etc.
Coordinating with a client’s team or other outsourced support like bookkeepers, social media managers, etc.
Coordinating content to be scheduled for blogs, email newsletters, etc.
Taking meeting minutes to turn into email follows up and to-dos
Requirements

minimum of 2 years of experience in an office manager, executive assistant, or project coordination role.
