Looking for assistance for weekly tasks including:
- Booking flights (coordinating with airlines for reimbursement and rescheduling of a flight)
- Coordinating visits from Servicio Tecnico for broken washing machine or other appliances. The actual visits will be to Paracas, Ica - where I am located, but there is no need for the virtual assistant to travel to Ica, just coordinate the visit.
- Buying products online from Peruvian ecommerce sites and receiving products in Lima, and holding onto them until I am in Lima to pick them up, or sending them via Shalom to Pisco, Ica when needed.
- Uploading our doctor visits (not many) into the insurance system and following up for the payment (English).
I would like to find someone that both my husband and I can work with part time over a longer period of time (months, if not more). I speak Spanish too, but my husband only English. We live in Paracas and would love someone to help us out from Lima, as many of the tasks are related to suppliers in Peru, especially Lima.
Some tasks though would be 100% in English. The only requirements are that the Virtual Assistant can speak both English and Spanish and is organized to be on top of the tasks and follow through.
If taken this job, I have a few tasks immediately I would like to follow through on.
Project overview
Both my husband and I work in Paracas, Peru (from Canada and the US), and we have too much work to be able to find time to many things that we would like to get donw in our day-to-day. We are looking for someone to help us out.
