A Virtual Assistant for a Call Center provides administrative support to a Realtor in order to help clients who are interested in buying or selling houses in Las Vegas, Nevada. Some of the most regular VAs' responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, call management, sending text messages, and reaching out to new potential clients.
Requirements:
• Mandatory Schedule from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm Pacific Time
• At least 2 years of experience in Call Center or customer services.
• Stable internet connection (20MB or more) and a reliable laptop or PC.
• Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Proficient use of corporate software (TimeDoctor) for time tracking.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Availability to connect via Zoom with the camera ON during the time required to complete the daily activities.
• Mandatory schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for Lenders and Realtors.
• Remind the VA Manager and Operations Team of deadlines and important tasks.
• Manage Follow Up Boss CRM, Calendly, BAND, One Drive and others use by the company.
• Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems.
• Cold call new leads to generate qualified clients and close deals.
• Collect potential leads via the Corporate Facebook Page and other sources.
• Answer calls from prospective, new, or existing customers.
• Follow up with clients to meet their requirements.
• Maintain monthly Company Indicators above the average.
Compensation and payment
• Based Payment Rate: $750 to $1.000 usd (depending on the va's performance) + bonuses + incentives + high performance rewards + reimbursement bonus for social security or health plans.
• Rewards for breaking records
• Extra Biannual Bonus $500
• Reimbursement bonus up to $75 as a concept of helping the VA to pay the social security or health plans.
Payment Structure (Monthly Basic Payment)
• First Month: $750 USD
• Second Month: $800 USD
• Third Month: $850 USD
Others Guarantees
The company guarantees a minimum monthly payment (including basic, incentives and bonuses) to the VA'S that occupy 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the indicators established by the company.

Additional Benefits
• Breaks : 45 minutes break paid by the company
• Training: 15 days Paid Training $15 USD per day (The Corporation will be paying for the training in the following payment period after 15 days of service)
• Freelancer Agreement: Full-time 1-year agreement with possible renewal.
• Seniority Bonus:Paid days bonus according to seniority every year.
• Referral Program: The corporation will pay $100 USD per successful referral.
• Work Environment: Advantage of working from home.
