We're a long running self-funded game studio in California. We're looking for a virtual assistant to assist our small team with a variety of tasks to support our game product managers.
Your focus of assistance will depend on your skills and past work experience since we have a variety of needs, ranging social marketing support, analytical work, spreadsheet assistance, light online research, etc. We have also created our own utilities to help manage different aspects of the games that once trained on the details, you would help manage under our guidance.
This is also an opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about the games world.
The most important quality we're looking for is a strong desire to succeed, excel and contribute to positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- High energy type of person
- High loyalty and dedication to the project
- Quick Learner
- Good internet connection and a quiet place at home to work from without external interruptions during work hours.
- Experience using spreadsheets, especially google spreadsheets
Bonus Qualities:
- High interest in decorating games (for instances the Sims game franchise) and puzzle games
- Experience working with graphics tools such as Photo Shop, Figma, etc.
- Strong familiarity with US work culture.
- Past experience using Skype voice.
- Strong analytical mind.
